The North Carolina Soybean Producers Association is governed by a board of 30 elected directors plus four officers and the state’s ASA and USB directors. Board members represent major soybean production areas of the state and are elected to three year terms. The board meets three times annually. When not in session, the business arm of the board is its Executive Committee.
