Soy in Motor Oil? The Engine Is Getting Started

Thanks in part to checkoff-funded research, motorists could have a new choice in motor oil in a few years, made from high oleic soybean oil.Biosynthetic Technologies received a key certification for the oil recently and a pledge for a $100 million loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture so they can break ground on a manufacturing facility.
